How do I order PCB manufacturing from Gerber files?
Upload a Gerber ZIP, confirm the board size detected from the outline, select the layer count, finish, thickness, copper weight, solder mask, and quantity, then add the quote to cart. ExpandoWorks reviews the files before manufacturing starts and will contact you if anything needs correction.

Materials
FR-4, copper core, flexible, and aluminium PCB base options, with standard maximum base size up to 400x400mm.
Flexible PCB
0.1-0.2mm board thickness, 1-2 layers, yellow, black, or white solder mask, white silkscreen, ENIG finish, and 0.1-0.2mm tolerances.
FR-4 standard PCB
0.4-2.0mm board thickness, 1-20 layers, green, black, or white solder mask, white silkscreen, and HASL leaded or lead-free finishes.
Copper core PCB
1-1.6mm board thickness, one-layer construction, black or white solder mask, and white silkscreen.
Special requirements
ENIG, panels, gold fingers, and other special requirements can be reviewed when you upload Gerber files and include a request.
