Quotes, Prices And VAT
Product and PCB prices shown online are estimates or catalogue prices unless expressly confirmed in writing. VAT is shown separately where applicable. Final pricing, lead time, manufacturability, delivery cost, and availability may be confirmed by the ExpandoWorks team before fulfilment.
PCB Files And Manufacturing Review
PCB quotes depend on the specifications and files supplied by the customer. Uploaded Gerber files may be reviewed for manufacturability after payment or order submission. If files are incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or materially different from the quoted configuration, we may request corrections, requote, delay production, cancel the order, or refund as appropriate.
Payment And Order Acceptance
Payment through the online checkout does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted for manufacturing or dispatch. An order may still be subject to fraud checks, payment confirmation, stock availability, technical review, legal compliance, and confirmation by the ExpandoWorks team.
Shipping, Returns And Consumer Rights
Shipping, return, refund, warranty, repair, and cancellation details are handled under the Shipping & Returns page and any written quotation or invoice terms. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit non-excludable rights under South African consumer law where those laws apply.
Intellectual Property

Customer files remain the customer's or their licensor's property, but the customer grants us the right to use those files to quote, review, manufacture, support, and administer the order.

To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from use of the website. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
